Jordan D. Manzer – Owner and President
Jordan brings more than 15 years of experience as an insurance broker specializing insurance and risk management for all types of commercial businesses. He holds multiple professional designations to better serve his clients.
Jordan started Manzer Insurance Services in 2015, which grew and was purchased by Prolink Insurance in 2018.
Jordan has extensive experience volunteer experience and a former board member of the Fredericton Boys & Girls Club, Young Brokers Network, CAMFA, Fredericton Big Brother Big Sisters and was chair of Entity 70 Steering Committee. He was also a board member of Blocplay Entertainment, which was listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange.
Ellen Leone – Commercial Insurance Advisor
Ellen is our Commercial Insurance Advisor. Her insurance career started in 2024 when she decided to reenter the workforce. Ellen had been a stay at home mom, homeschooling and homesteading for the better part of two decades. Prior to starting a family with her husband Jason, she obtained her Associates Degree in Business Administration and managed Lucas Tree Experts accounts receivable in Portland, Maine. Ellen’s strong accounting background and ability to learn quickly make her an indispensable asset here at Atlantic Team Insurance Services.
Jan Taylor – Insurance Advisor
Jan is our newest team member and will be handling our Personal Insurance Account Management. She has been in the industry for over 6 years and is looking forward to completing her CAIB in May. Jan is eager to help customers through any and all policy or claims issues and liaising with underwriters and other industry professional on behalf of her clients.
Beyond the world of insurance, Jan is a passionate and dedicated athlete. A former body building competitor, Jan is also an avid hiker and has hiked Mt. Katahdin twice! She enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping as well, and delights in taking time to enjoy the outdoors in her side-by-side or canoe
Emily Trecartin – Personal Insurance Advisor
Emily, our Personal Insurance Advisor, is a licensed insurance agent and broker with over 10 years of experience specializing in personal lines insurance, including home and auto. With a strong background in sales and customer service, her clients can expect clear communication, honest advice, and coverage tailored to their real life needs, not one-size-fits-all policies.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys travelling with her family throughout Canada and beyond, spending time outdoors camping and hiking, and staying active. She’s passionate about supporting individuals and families in her community by helping protect their homes, vehicles, and lifestyles with insurance solutions they can trust.
